Abstract
It is incumbent on the trade union organizations at all levels to build the harmonious labor relationship by Four Regulation in the enterprises.But the understanding of function of trade unions is a bit vague.So it is necessary to make a careful investigation of politics,methods,procedures and tactics.What’s more,it is of importance to make an in-depth analysis of Three Law and make the objective definite.
