Abstract
The successful building of new socialist countryside highly depends on the organizational effectiveness of agriculture and the level of farmers' organization.The improvement of the latter can realize the change from traditional agriculture to modern one and enhance farmers' disadvantaged status by making them organized to participate in competition,to cope with problems and to increase their incomes.
