Abstract
Discipline is the basic platform on which universities play the role of teaching,scientific research and social service,as well as a key factor of core competence of universities.In recent years,domestic universities always follow the ways of win-win combination,development with intensification and at scale.In this context,military universities are facing great pressure of existence and development.How to break up this bottleneck and develop in a scientific way? Our university persisted in the philosophy of thought innovation,mechanism innovation and conditions innovation,which promotes the coordinated development of discipline construction with virtuous circle of scale,structure,quality,benefit and characteristic and obtains obvious achievements.This practice and its underlying theoretical foundation were discussed.
