Discipline organization innovation based on core competence of discipline

Discipline is the fundamental organization unit for teaching, research and social service in universities. Now in China the macro structure adjusting of the higher education has almost basically taken off, the discipline construction of the university becomes important task to enhance the academic level. This paper puts forward the important concept of the discipline and the core competence of discipline, goes through to study the key content and way of discipline organization innovation to develop the core competence of discipline to promote the construction and development of discipline.
