Abstract

This paper presents some ideas on discipline construction and management innovation in a university.Teaching,academic research,and management is the three key factors in a university,which has the functions of talents cultivation,scientific research,and social services.Teaching is the most important work in a university,and discipline construction and management innovation should be emphasized.
