Study on the Characters of Law Culture in Southwest China from Pre-Qin to Han and Jin Period in Records of Huayang Kingdom

Abstract

Records of Huayang Kingdom recorded that there were all kinds of laws for early inhabitants of southwest region.These laws maintained the relationship among ancient people.It could be seen from these records,under the influence of central plain culture,the southwest region had its own distinctive law which adapted to local characteristics.Southwest region was not an area with backward law culture.
