Research on the Present Situation and Problem about Construction Land and Consolidation Direction in Hebei Province

With the industrialization and urbanization in Hebei province,many cultivated land were occupied by construction land.The contradiction of people and land became increasingly acute.It is necessary for adding cultivated land and meeting the need of construction land to develop construction land consolidation.In this paper,the present status and problem of construction land were discussed,and the developing trend of construction land consolidation were proposed.Firstly,the focus of consolidation was rural residential land.It was put forward that establishing land reserve system to solve the problem of idle land and too big house and reducing rural construction land in HeBei province.Secondly,the urban scale needed to be controlled,and transformation of old city and village in city should be supported. Lastly,the structure of the development zone land should be planned and arranged.
