An Analysis and Forecast of the Situation of Heilongjiang Province's Economic Cooperation with Russia

Heilongjiang province continues to push on the strategic upgrade of the economic,trade,technological cooperation with Russia,and has made a new progress in terms of economy,technology and investment.But from January to September the province's Russian turnover showed a first negative growth in recent years,mainly in export to Russia dropping down drasticlly.At present,the Sino-Russian cooperation stands at new start point,facing both a new opportunity and a new challenge.We should sit rightly in judgement on the present and future situation and make a scientific decision for the cooperation going up.
