Effect observation of elofesalamide ointment combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of elofesalamide ointment combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods The 106 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases of each.The treatment group used elofesalamide ointment externally twice a day,early morning and night before going to sleep,and used halometasone cream externally at noon;The control group merely used halometasone cream externally twice a day,3 weeks as a course of treatment.Observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results After treatment for 1 weeks,the total effective rate of of the treatment group was 28.3% higher than 15.1% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment for 3 weeks,the total effective rate of of the treatment group was 88.7% higher than 62.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).2 patients had adverse reaction in the treatment group,while 11 patients had adverse reaction in the control group,all of the 13 patients did not need to stop taking medicine and special treatment,without prejudice to continuing treatment.Conclusion Treating neurodermatitis with elofesalamide ointment combined with halometasone cream has good clinical effect,high safety and less adverse effect,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
