Abstract
The twelve trace elements in the Tricholoma matsutake, including K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Pb,Cd,Co,Cr,Zn,Mn and Cu were determined simultaneously by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.08%~2.32%,and the recovery was 97.1%~108.3%.The analytical results were satisfactory. Results showed that there were high level of K,Na,Ca,Mg and a little harmful elements Cd,Pb in the three kinds of Tricholoma matsutake samples, and other six trace elements which had benefit of human were also rich.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
