Acting in the Spirit of the 14th National Congress of ACFTU, Promoting Safeguarding Work in Reform

The report of the 14th National Congress of ACFTU pointed out that the trade unions should fulfill their basic obligations conscientiously, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff in the process of reform, development, participation and helping and supporting the workers in difficulties. Reform is the important way to realize and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff and that safeguarding work is the ground of successful reform. Therefore, the trade unions should promoting safeguarding work at the same time of pushing forward reform, especially the reform of three systems in enterprises and the reform of trade unions. 
