Abstract

Trade unions must handle with carrying out their duties of safeguarding rights and promoting reform,unite reform target with safeguarding rights in order to actively push the process of SOEs'transformation and earnestly safeguard workers and staff members' interests.They should handle with the relationship between reform,development and stability in order to safeguard workers and staff members' personal interests.
