Abstract
Objectives: To find the correlations between the clinical presentation and histological changes in refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS) of children. Methods: Twentyone children with refractory nephrotic syndrome were examined by renal biopsy. The correlation between the histopathological results and the clinical types or the curative effect were analyzed. Results: ① The results showed that MsPGN were 8/21,MCNS 5/21 and FSGS 4/21 of the histopathological diagnosis. ②Clinically MCNS 5/5,MsPGN 7/8 and FS GS 1/4 were classified to FR/SD .③MCNS 4/5,MsPGN 6/8 and FSGS 0/4 were acquired entire remission. Conclusions:MCNS.MsPGN and FSGS were more of the histological changes of RNS in Children .The reaction to cure was different by their pathological changes.
