Abstract
Objective To establish a method to determinate astragaloside content in astragalus broken-cell pieces by HPLC-ELSD.Methods The samples were separated on a C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(32∶68) at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The drift tube tempreture of the ELSD was 80℃ and the flow rate of carrier gas was 2.7 mL/min.Results The average recovery rate was 99.5%(RSD=2.0%).A good linearity range was shown at the concentration of(1.291-10.330)μg(r = 0.9998).Conclusion The method is simple practical and can be used for determination of astragaloside content in astragalus broken-cell pieces.
