Clinical research of montelukast combined seretide treatment of children with cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of montelukast joint seretide treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods Selected cough variant asthma patients 64 cases in our hospital from January 2012 to De cember 2012,all patients were divided into control group of 31 cases(applications Seretide),the treatment group of 33 cases(Montelukast combined seretide treatment).The efficacy and cough symptom score changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.0%,the difference was significant(P 0.01).Before treatment,the cough symptom score comparison had no significant difference(P 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Montelukast united seretide treatment of children with cough variant asthma significantly alleviate clinical symptoms in children,improve the clinical efficacy of a single application of hormone therapy,and adverse reactions less,and it is worthy of promotion.
