Exploration and Practice on Rules of Origin of International Trade in Services in China

As long as the world trade doesn't fully realize liberalization and has discrimination or difference treatment,the rules of origin will continue to exist.The rules of origin as an important policy tool have played an important role in the trade in goods.With the position of trade in services rising,the rules of origin were gradually introduced in the field of trade services.The rules of origin of international trade in services were preliminary explored and practiced in China through the CEPA and bilateral free trade agreement with other country.But the rules of origin of research in the field of trade in services should also be deepened and expanded.The service trade competitiveness of China is not strong and the structure is imbalance.Facing the complexity market order of the international service trade,when we can't accept comprehensive free competition,our service market can only be open in the proper trade protection conditions.To develop and implement rules of origin of international trade in services is a feasible protection policy.
