Abstract
The partners that have signed the regional service trade arrangement with China are mostly the developing economies form Asia and Latin America.This paper points out that China's service trade liberalization mechanism presents four creative characteristics:(1) isolating the rules of trade in services from the rules of investment with the scope of application well-defined;(2) constructing the regional service trade emergency safeguard measures;(3) using a stricter trade policy review mechanism;(4) applying the relatively loose rules of origin of services to certain trade partners.It points out that China should plan the reform of domestic regulation and the choice of service sector liberalization sequence carefully.
