On International Trade in Education Services: Rules Analysis and China's Commitments

Since China was admitted into the World Trade Organization,she has to carry on the commitments on the trade in goods,services and knowledge property. The service trade should obey all rules of General Agreement on Trade in Services. Thus Chinese schools begin their trade and business on education services which had great realistic importance in the improving process of the international education trade.
