Conscientiously Implement the Supervision and Inspection to Promote Continuous Improvement of Quality Management in Blood Center

With a combination of supervision and inspection practice in blood bank in Shaanxi Province between 2007 and 2009, the paper discussed the problems on quality management in the blood center. Furthermore, 4 aspects should be made to rectify and prevent the problems, which included strengthening personnel training, in-depth studying the rules, strengthening laboratory management and attention to internal audit, management review and external audit work. These measures could enhance the level of quality control in blood stations and ensure blood quality and safety.
