Abstract

The characteristics of quality supervision and the importance of promoting continuous improvement of laboratories though quality supervision were discussed.How to choose the quality supervisors,determine the content of supervision,implement the quality supervision,and make the record were explained to ensure the effective practice of quality supervision.In this paper,the writer also discussed how to use the information of quality supervision to improve laboratory management.
