Thinking of Strengthening Blood Quality Management in Blood Center

Strengthening blood quality management is an essential problem of management in the blood center and an important prerequisite for the safety of transfusion.This paper discusses how the blood center to stress blood quality management by way of enhancing the knowledge and quality of staff themselves,establishing the basic guide-lines aimed at overall quality management;meanwhile,taking legality and standardization management and implementing 3-level management system,as well as introducing international quality management systems are also needed.In addition,the blood quality management can also be promoted with the aid of scientific and technological progress.
