Clinical study of tanreqing injection in measles

Abstract
Objective:To study the theraputic effects of tanreqing injection in the treatment of Measles. Methods:65 patients with measles were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received tanreqing injection on the base of complex treatment and the control group received ribavirin injection on the base of complex treatment.Results:Tanreqing injection could shorten the time of temperature begining fall and recovery,skin eruption disappearing,cough,expectoration and moist rale vanishing.Tanreqing injection could cut down the period of treatment. The effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection is a safe and effctive drug in treating measles.
