Tanreqing injection Clinical Observation in the treatment of 136 cases of Measles

Abstract

Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of measles.Methods 272 cases of measles were divided into 136 cases of the treatment group and 136 cases of the control group.The main treatment were with ribavirin injection in the control group and added with Tanreqing injection in the treatment group,treatment of 7 days.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(86.7% Vs 75.7%,P0.05).There was significantly difference between two groups in the time that symptoms and signs began to reduce to completely disappear(P0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection treatment on measles is effective and safe,it is worth to promote the use of clinically.
