Clinical Observation on Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Infactions in 68 Cases Children

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on accute upper respiratory infections(aURI)in children.Methods 133 cases children with aURI were randomly divided into Tanreqing group and viazole group.To observe the clinical changes on fever,cough,phyaryng congested.Results The temperature was bring down,cough mitigated,congestion in phyaryng mitigated,after the treatment with Tanreqing injection for 3 days.The total clinical improvement rate was 94.11% and the effective rate was 83.82% after 5 days in Tanreqing group,being superior to those of the viazole group(P0.01).Conclusion Tanreqing injection is safe and effective in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infections in children.
