Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of olanzape in the treatment of mania by buffeting dose.Method:Seven manic patients were treated with olazapine and other mood stabilizer for 6 weeks, and their symptoms were assessed by Beck-Rafaelsen manic scale(BRMS).Results:The score of BRMS was decrease significantly in the end of the 1st week.4 cases were full remission and 3 cases were remarkable improvment.Conclusion:There is therapeutic efficacy and rapid tranquil effect of olanzapine in the treatment of mania by buffeting dose combined with other mood stabilizer.
