Abstract

Objective To evaluate the colposcopic biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical disease. Methods 2 313 cases of electronic colposcopy patients in our hospital from July 2010 to January 2011 were statistically included, and 1 624 cases undergoing positioning in the colposcopic cervical biopsy were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results Among the 2 313 cases of receiving colposcopy,652 cases were diagnosed as chronic cervicitis,912 cases as cervical inflammation,CIN I: 660 cases,CIN Ⅱ: 29 cases,CIN Ⅲ: 4.There were also 5 cases of cervical cancer,14 cases of cervical condyloma, and 37 cases of normal cervical. The pathology results in 1 624 cases of colposcopic biopsy showed:882 cases of cervical inflammation,CINI:614 cases,CIN Ⅱ:24 cases,CIN Ⅲ:3 cases,5 cases of cervical cancer, and 14 cases of cervical condyloma. Conclusion The effectiveness of colposcopic biopsy diagnosis of cervical disease was 100%,which is an important means for the diagnosis of cervical disease.
