Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Colposcopic biopsy in diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods Electronic Colposcopy combined with pathological biopsy was applied to screen cervical lesions, and the results were analyzed according to pathohistology. Results In 6 812 patients,3 042 of which had gone through histopathologic examination, which proved 54 cases of them(1.78%)with cervical cancer,270 cases(8.88%)with cervical intrapithliass neoplasia(CINI-Ⅲ)(CIN-I 138 cases(4.54%),CIN-II 68 cases(2.24%),CIN-III 38 cases(1.25%));co-infection of CIN and condyloma acuminatum(CA) 26 cases(0.85%);Condyloma Acuminate 12 cases(0.39%);the chronic cervicitis 2700 cases(88.75%);the rest 6 cases. Conclusion Electronic colposcopy combined with pathological biopsy is more propitious to screen early cervical cancer and precancerous lesion. It is of great value for cervical disease diagnosis.
