Analysis of the common causes of infertility in 960 women

Abstract

Objective To analyze the common causes of females infertility in order to provide the evidences for protection and treatment.Methods The data of 960 women with infertility including the history,the diagnosis and therapy were retrospectively analyzed.All cases diagnosed at Fuyang Family Planning Service Station were from March 2006-year to August 2010-year.Results The age of patients was from 23 to 35.The time limit of infertility was one to ten years.The primary infertility accounted for 60%.On the other hand,the rate of secondary infertility was 40%.The endocrine factors including polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),luteal phase defect and psychentonia——self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)abnormal were the major etiological cause of the primary infertility.While the main result of secondary infertility among all cases was the aliments of oviducts for genital tract infection.Conclusion Owing to the factors of oviduct and endocrine being the primary etiology,they should become the key points of protection and treatment.
