Abstract
Objective To investigate the overall composition and the sequence of infertility causes of married couples of child-bearing age in Linyi for guiding the infertility diagnosis and disease prevention.Methods From January 2013 to July 2014,3195 patients of infertility in reproductive medical center of Linyi Women and Children Health Care Hospital had been set up a complete standardized diagnosis and treatment medical records for investigating and analyzing.Statistical analysis and sequencing of all kinds of causes was made.Comparing the differences between the primary and secondary infertility and analyzing the causes of infertility.Results Of the 3195 infertile couples,pure female abnormal accounted for 49.20%;Simple man abnormalities was 15.65%;Both sides was abnormal accounted for 17.97%.Secondary infertility accounted for 54.05%,and primary infertility was more than 45.95%.Main causes of female infertility composition and the sequence is in turn that fallopian tube and pelvic factors was 36.65%;Ovulationdisorders was 33.62%;Uterine factors was 13.08%;Immune factors was 10.14%;Endometriosis was 6.32%.The sequence of the male infertility etiology was in turn that idiopathic weak sperm disease was 7.51%;Varicocele was 7.51%;Men's deputy sex gland inflammation was 7.39%;Immunological etiology was 5.79%);Sperm idiopathic was 5.23%.There are differences between the primary and secondary infertility.Conclusion The infertility etiology of married couples of child-bearing age in Linyi was mainly for Fallopian tube factors,abnormal ovulation and male semen quality.Secondary infertility patients are more than that of primary infertility.The primary infertility was mainly for ovulation disorders and Secondary infertility are mainly for fallopian tube diseases.
