Analysis of 980 cases of related factors and causes for female infertility

OBJECTIVE To study the related factors and causes for female infertility.METHODS 980 cases of hospital outpatient treatment of infertility for female infertility from January 2007 to December 2011 were chose.The diagnosis data was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The factors that caused the female with infertility included endocrine factors,tubal factors,uterine and cervical factors,and immunological factors.Reproductive tract infection was the main reason of female infertility for women.The endocrine factors included polycystic ovary syndrome,luteal phase defect and mental stress.The primary infertility group compared with the onset of infertility group,and there was no significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Female infertility infertility is a common gynecological diseases,its causes results from many aspects and complex.This disease is harm to women's reproductive health,and brings a series of physical and psychological trauma to patients and their families.The health care workers should provide reproductive health knowledge for women with childbearing age,so as to reduce a variety of factors that cause infertility and reduce the incidence of infertility.
