Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 104 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly allotted to 2 groups:treatment group( n =62) underwent minimally invasive surgery, and control group( n =42)received the conventional drug therapy. Results:Compared with the control group, the hyponeuria score was lower, and the therapeutic efficacy higher in the treatment group. Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery is a simple, safe and effective method for patients with intracranial hematoma due to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
