Thinking of Improve the Rural Public Cultural Service System of Gansu Province

There’s a prevalent phenomenon in the construction of rural public cultural service system at present,that appears more attention to hardware rather than software,more government than community,more construction than talents and management.So to further improve the rural public cultural service system,we need to strengthen the supply of products of rural public cultural services,fully mobilize social forces,construction of talents and management.
