The Thinking of Constructing a Complete Public Cultural Service System for Rural Areas——Taking Gansu Province as an Example

Construction of public cultural service system is an important content of cultural construction in rural areas.At present,in the construction of public cultural service system for rural areas,the policy system is increasingly perfect but needs to further implement,the hardware becomes more and more consummate but unbalanced,more attention is paid to the role of the government than that of the society,more to hardware than to software,more to hardware than talents,and more to construction than management.To further improve rural public cultural service system,we must develop relevant policy and legal system,improve the basic facilities and the financial security system,enhance the supply of serrvice products,strengthen the training of personnel,and upgrade the management.
