Abstract
Great achievements have been yielded in Henan rural public cultural service system,but there are also more prominent issues such as weak infrastructure and lack of investment capital.The strategic significance the public cultural service system in rural areas is discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions are presented from five aspects to strengthen the construction of Henan rural public cultural service system.
