Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of eye-acupuncture treating insomnia. Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with eye-acupuncture. The control group used Western medicine only. 7 days was 1 course. 2 courses later,the effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results:SRSS and PSQI scale scores in treatment group after treatment were superior to those of control group,P0.05. The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group,P0.05. Conclusion:PENG's eye-acupuncture has certain effect on insomnia.
