Abstract
There were many laws and regulations made by patriarchal clans of Huizhou which aimed to deal with social relations such as interclanal relationships,clan-national relationships during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Patriarchal clans of Huizhou had effectively controlled their social relations by carrying out laws and regulations above.It had contributed to the prosperity of society and the stability of social order in Huizhou over long time.
