How to Improve Teachers' Teaching Quality under the Background of Quality Education

Abstract

Improving the quality of teaching is the key to the promotion of quality education.This paper gives a brief account of teachers' teaching quality and the remaining problems.It also analyses the main reasons thoroughly which affected the teachers' teaching quality.Finally,it puts forward five measures and suggestions of how to improve the teachers' teaching quality.
