Quality Teaching in College and Education Quality of Teacher

Abstract

Quality teaching put forward a completely new view of training talent. Teachers are the key of carrying out quality teaching. As far as the teachers' basic quality, they must have certain ability with education quality. But we may see from the whole course of teacher's training, appointing etc, it has existed appearance in overlooking the teachers' education quality. In order to change this circumstance, the article advances some opinions.
