Abstract
The effect regularity of quenching and tempering temperature on 27SiMn steel has property in zero time holding heat treatment was researched by the orthogonal regressive principle Microstructure is analyzed Experiment results show that 27SiMn steel has extreme fine lath martensite while zero time holding quenching The 27SiMn steel's strength and hardness are higher in 900 ℃ zero time holding quenching than that in 880 ℃ tradition quenching, the reasons are the fined austenite crystalline grain and the non uniform density of carbon in austenite
