Abstract
The influence rule of tempering temperature and holding time on hardness of 27SiMn steel in zero time holding quenching was researched by the orthogonal regressive principle, and the regression equation of the hardness was established. The results show that the higher the tempering temperature, the longer the holding time, the lower the hardness.
