Abstract

The unique flavor features of Jian’nanchun liquor are known as strong and mellow aroma,pure and elegant taste,full liquor body and soft taste,and harmonious liquor flavor.In this paper,the main factors for the fomation of its unique flavor features were discussed.In addition,the classic production techniques of Jian’nanchun liquor were introduced.
