Abstract
The sesame-flavor liquor mixed the characteristics of Fen-flavor liquor,Luzhou-flavor liquor and Maotai-flavor liquor,and was de- veloped to be a new consuming hotspot in liquor market for its elegant fragrance and unique flavor.Combined with production practice,the production process,technical characteristics,flavor components and flavor characteristics of sesame-flavor liquor were introduced to peers for references.
