Clinical Observation of Yixianxiaoyan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis and Its Adverse Reactions

Objective To investigate the application of pancreatitis in patients with acute inflammation of the pancreas Self soup combined western medicine clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,to provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods78 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with western medicine,treatment group used Yixianxiaoyan decoction based on the control group. Results The total efficiency rate in treatment group was significantly higher( P 0. 05); abdominal pain time and serum amylase in treatment were significantly lower than that of control group( P 0. 05); the first defecation time and duration time of treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group( P 0. 05); there had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Yixianxiaoyan decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitis has remarkable effect and no significant adverse reactions,is safe and reliable.
