Abstract
Objective:Analysis in patients with primary hypertension nursing intervention role for hypertension,nursing work,improve provide data to support that change the quality of nursing.Methods:To analyze combinations our comprehensive nursing intervention treatment of 118 hypertension patients with clinical information drug March 2009 to March 2011,and the same patients treated by medicine simply for the control group,compared with two groups of patients therapeutic effect.Results:The observation group patients blood pressure control compliance and significantly higher than the control group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P0.05);both The observation group patients during treatment of 12 (twelve) months significantly lower incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between groups control group,compared with statistically significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment of hypertension patients improve compliance,blood pressure control,worth clinical promotion.
