Influence on the community nursing intervention for 80 patients with hypertension

Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence on the community nursing intervention for patients with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with hypertension of our hospital were selected,and divided into nursing group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).Control group was given conventional treatment,and the nursing group was given community nursing intervention based on the treatment of control group.The knowledge rate of hypertension,medical behavior,blood pressure changes and complication of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The knowledge rate of hypertension of nursing group was higher than that of control group(P 0.05);the medical behavior,blood pressure changes and complication of nursing group were better than that of control group,there were significant differences(all P 0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with hypertension,when it is used for the hypertension patients,and it can improve the effect of preventive and treatment,so it should be used in the clinic.
