Study on the Market-based Employment of Graduates of Colleges and Universities

Under market economy,it is inevitable for colleges and universities to consider the demand of the market.They have changed from the mainstay of exporting talents into the mainstay to be accepted by recommending, introducing talents.This paper analyzes the status quo of the employment of graduates of colleges and universities,discusses emphatically the various elements making the employment difficult,and thus puts forward countermeasures to the employment difficulty such as strengthening employment orientation to develop new views of employment,adjusting curricula of higher education to adapt to the demands of economic development,perfecting labor legislation,advocating self-employment,constructing industry and school platform to realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and expanding employment channels to guarantee the expedite export of graduates.
