Abstract

It is an essential request for developing the market economy and the target of employment system reform to build the employment market for graduates. The quality of employment market is in direct contact with employment work of calleges and universities. The construction of employment market of graduates should be strengthened in order to promote graduates to achieve employment fully with high quality.
