Abstract
Experimental research was carried out on the flotation of a refractory Cu-Mo ore containing 0.69% of Cu and 0.16% of Mo.Adopting a flowsheet consisting of a Cu-Mo bulk flotation,a regrinding of bulk concentrate and a Cu-Mo separation, copper concentrate with a copper grade and recovery of 22.52% and 84.53%,respectively,and a molybdenum concentrate with a molybdenum grade and recovery of 46.17% and 57.71%,respectively,can be prepared. With this technique, copper and molybdenum can be comprehensively reclaimed while ensuring the copper recovery and the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources can be attained.
