Abstract
According to the characteristics of a copper-molybdenum ore,the flotation flowsheet of Cu-Mo bulk flotation, bulk concentrate regrinding and Cu-Mo separation was determined. Using the conventional reagent system, the results of the closed-circuit test showed that copper concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 30.40% and 93.94% respectively and molybdenum concentrate with grade and recovery of 46.51% and 74.89% respectively were obtained. Compared with the original process, the grade of copper concentrate was substantial inereased, the copper recovery was improved by 8.94 percentage points, and the molybdenum concentrate with grade more than 45% was comprehensively recycled.
