Abstract

Beneficiation test was conducted for a copper-molybdenum ore using a flowsheet comprised of a bulk flotation,a regrinding of bulk concentrate, and a Mo/Cu separation with one roughing and three stages of cleaning.Cu-Mo bulk flotation was carried out with lime as the regulator and kerosene as the collector, while QN was used as a copper mineral depressant for Mo/Cu separation.A molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 48.12% was obtained with the Mo recovery of 87.93%,and a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 13.19% was obtained with the Cu recovery of 87.16%.
